The company was registered by Qingdao Bureau of Industry and Commerce on March 29, 2013 with a registered capital of 50 million Yuan. The company has six purse seine fishing vessels named LuqingYuanyu 155, LuqingYuanyu 156, LuqingYuanyu 157, LuqingYuanyu 158, LuqingYuanyu 159 and LuqingYuanyu 160. The company set sail for Malaysia waters to carry out purse seine operation on August 29, 2018. The single ship construction cost of this project is 22.43 million Yuan, and the total investment is 134.62 million Yuan.
